CANCELLATION POLICY
Pure Essence Esthetics Cancellation Policy At Pure Essence Esthetics, our goal is to provide you with exceptional service and ensure that each client receives the care they deserve. In order to keep everything running smoothly and respect everyone's time, we've put together the following cancellation policy: 1. Cancellation Notice We kindly request that you give us at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This way, we can offer that time slot to other clients who are eager to receive our services. 2. Late Cancellations If you need to cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, please note that there will be a charge of 25% of the service fee. 3. No-Show Policy For those who are unable to show up for their appointment without prior notice, a fee of 50% of the service fee will apply. 4. Booking Confirmation To confirm your appointment, we might ask for a valid credit card at the time of booking. Don't worry, this will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. 5. Late Arrivals If you arrive within the 15-minute grace period, we may need to reduce the duration of your appointment to ensure that the subsequent client is not delayed. Please note that even if your service is shortened, you will still be responsible for the full-service fee. However, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we will need to reschedule your appointment. Thank you for your understanding and for respecting my time and that of my clients. 6. Emergency Situations We completely understand that unforeseen situations can arise, and we will do our best to accommodate you when they do.
